Charlotte
Charlotte has been practicing yoga for over a decade, but only launched into teaching when she completed her 200hr teacher training in 2022. Yoga is a beautiful ancient practice that allows us all to take a moment to slow down and to be in the present moment. With a passion for both people and the planet, Charlotte aims to make her yoga classes a space to strengthen the mind and body, allowing us to reconnect with both ourselves and the environment around us.
Charlotte hopes to inspire you to feel grounded in your practice, trust yourself to meet your edge and that you will leave your practice feeling re-invigorated for whatever life might throw at you.
