Originally a yoga teacher, Justin has been leading fitness classes ever since his foundational nine-week yoga teacher training in Mexico in 2018. Over the last seven years, he's guided students through transformative practices in gyms and studios across Sydney, including spin classes, mobility sessions, meditation, and teachings on yoga philosophy and Vedic wisdom.
Three years ago, he discovered reformer Pilates and fell in love with its endless possibilities—the way it combines deep strengthening, full-body movement, and mindful stretching in a controlled, powerful way.
Justin brings the essence of yoga into every reformer class: breath control, precise alignment, and a deliberate, slow pace that lets you connect with each movement. No flashy tricks—just straightforward, effective sequences that work for all ages and abilities. His approach is about going slower to get stronger, leaving you feeling lighter, more balanced, and ready to carry that ease into your day.
