Commencing her yoga journey after spending many years running and feeling the impact of injuries, Linda realised the benefits of what the asana practice had on both the body and mind. A dedicated yoga practitioner for over 15 years and an instructor since 2017.
Linda has over 650 certified training hours. She passionately tailors her classes to accommodate various preferences and needs, ranging from beginners to more advanced practitioners along with various workshops such as arm balances, inversions and practices for individuals managing injuries and other health conditions.
Linda offers a variety of classes, including vinyasa flow, yin yoga, ashtanga, pre/post natal yoga, breathwork & meditation, aiming to help participants discover strength, flexibility and inner calmness through breath and movement. Linda has worked in both Health Centres and Yoga Studios and values her connections with private & corporate clients, she also finds fulfilment in sharing the practice to school communities. Her favourite quote, "If you cannot find the sunshine, be the sunshine", reflects her encouragement for students to embrace positivity and experience the transformative aspects of yoga on retreats crafted with care and passion.
