With over 22 years of Bikram yoga practice and a deep love for the heat, this style of yoga has been my saviour. Before discovering Bikram, I was deeply committed to the gym, weight training, step classes, cardio, and running. But as time went on, my body struggled to keep up with these high-impact exercises, and just didn’t feel right for me anymore. It wasn't until I completed my teacher training that I truly began to understand the depth of yoga…its rich history, philosophy, and profound healing potential. For me, yoga is not just a practice or a ‘workout’; it’s a path to transformation. 

Interestingly, teaching wasn’t always part of the plan. After years of dedicated practice, a friend's suggestion to teach, planted a seed in my mind. With a few more gentle nudges from others, I decided to embrace the calling and embark on the path of teacher training.

For me, yoga is a source of longevity, movement, and continuous learning. It teaches self-improvement, and in turn, the quality of my relationships have improved. Now, I’m so passionate about spreading the transformative medicine of yoga to anyone who is ready to listen and grow on this beautiful journey.
