Originally from the UK, I travelled to Australia for a 1 year gap year… 13 years later and I’m still enjoying the gap year! I’ve been a yoga and Pilates teacher for about 4 years. I like to weave mindful movement and breath awareness into every class with a little fun and spicy added in. My intention is to help students build strength, presence, and trust in their bodies. Outside the studio, you’ll usually find me spending time in nature with my furry best friend.
