I have been teaching yoga for six years, including pilates for the last three. I love both and try to get a balance between these exercises.
I earned a yoga certificate in Bali, which is magical island to do yoga. Whenever I feel stressful, I always do yoga to meditate and be calm. I like to share my story and that is why I started to teach!
When I was in Uni, I tried pilates because of an injury. I was curious about this exercise and became interested in anatomy, so I started a Pilates Instructor course in Korea.
In my class, my goal is to make people happy, healthy, and motivated in many ways!
